This first masterclass will provide the foundations of lean thinking, a philosophy that has propelled organisations around the world towards operational excellence. This involves eliminating waste in the form of unnecessary costs, wasted time, overproduction or errors.<\/span><\/p>

Participants will learn the different waste typologies, be exposed to key lean terminology and lean practices which look forward to improving processes performance.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>
